Q. How do I order online?

If you would like to make a purchase from the Furniture Fetish website, simply click on the 'Add To Cart' button on the product you are interested in. The 'Shopping Cart' page will open, simply fill out your shipping details and press 'Get a Quote' or alternatively select the option for pickup. Then select 'Update Total' and then 'Proceed to Checkout' on the right hand side. Fill in the required information in our 'One Step Checkout' and press the orange 'Place Order Now' button.

Q. How do I know that I have correctly placed my order online?

Shortly after you have finalised your order your will receive a verification email with your order confirmation to your nominated email address. If by chance your item is out of stock or there are problem processing your payment you will be contacted within 48 hours. You will also be notified via email once your order has been dispatched.

Q. How do I see my order details online?

You can do this by log-in into 'My Account' which is accessible via the menu bar on the top right of the page. Your login details will be linked to the email address you used at checkout.

Q. Is it possible to change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

You must contact Furniture Fetish immediately within 24 business hours if you wish to make any changes to your order. As we have a fast turn around on our end to get our purchases out quickly to our customers we do require immediate notice to stop your order from being processed and dispatched.


Shipping & Delivery

Q. Is pickup available?

Pickup is certainly available from our Gold Coast Warehouse - 4/23 Olympic circuit Southport. We are happy for our customers to save on postage costs. Opening hours are Mon to Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturdays 10am until 2pm. Trading times do vary around Public Holidays.

Q. Can I come and see the item first before I make my purchase?

Sure, at Furniture Fetish we are very proud of our high quality replica designer furniture and modern outdoor furniture. We welcome our customers to come into our showroom to touch, see and feel our products for themselves.

Q. How do I find out the shipping cost to my door?

It's easy. All products on our website have a 'Shipping Calculator' located on the right middle of the screen. Simply enter your postcode and it will instantly return the estimated shipping cost direct to your door.

The Shipping Calculator will also be present on the 'Buy Now' page which is useful when you have more than one product or a selection of a few different designs.

Q. When will my order be dispatched?

All items in stock will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24 business hours of payment being received. In most instances your order will be dispatched on the same day. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a consignment number so you can track the progress of your order online. 

Dispatches occur Monday through to Friday excluding public holidays.

Q. I live interstate, how long will it take for my order to arrive?

The estimated time of delivery across Australia is as follows :

  * Metro Brisbane : 1 - 2 business days

  * Metro Sydney : 2 - 3 business days

  * Metro Melbourne : 3 - 4 business days

  * Metro Adelaide : 4 - 5 business days

  * Metro Perth : 5 - 7 business days  

  * Metro Tasmania : 5 - 7 business days

Q. Can you send to a P.O. Box ?

Unfortunately no. All items sent via courier require a postal address, this can be a residential or business address.

Q. Can my item be delivered to my apartment upstairs?

We can certainly have this organised for you. In this situation, please contact us before you place an order so we can find the best solution for you.



Q. How do I pay via Bank Deposit?

Q. What other payment options do you accept?

We accept credit card payments through Paypal, Eftpos and also take payments for eligible customers via Interest Free (using Zip Money).

Credit card payments using Paypal will be prompted during the checkout process. For EFTPOS payments (including credit, cheque, or savings accounts), call us on (07)5593 5715 during the checkout process and we will process your payment for you over the phone. To see if you are eligible for Interest Free please follow the below process.

Q. Will my payment details be secure?

Yes certainly. When purchasing from Furniture Fetish your details are passed through a secure server using the latest SSL technology. If you have more questions regarding your security please contact our support staff via our Contact Us page.

Q. Does Furniture Fetish offer Interest Free?

Yes. We have partnered with Zip Money to Offer Interest Free Finance to our customers, click here for more information. To apply, simply go through checkout as normal and in the payment section select Zip Money and follow the prompts.

Q. How do I use a Furniture Fetish Gift Certificate?

All our Gift Certificates have their own unique reference number and can be redeemed online via our website, over the email and over the phone. Please note Gift Certificates my require verification first, please contact us to verify.

Q. Can I pay for my order on pickup?

Sure you can pay via cash or EFTPOS upon pickup from our showroom at 4/23 Olympic circuit Southport on the Gold Coast.

Q.  Is COD available are payment after goods have been received?

All goods need to be paid for before goods are dispatched. In the case that goods have been dispatched without payment, goods remain the property of Furniture Fetish until full payment is received.



Q. Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Yes we certainly do. We offer Furniture Fetish Gift Certificates in increments of $20, $50, $100 and $200. If you wish to purchase one, please Contact Us and we can arrange it for you right away.

Q. Is all replica designer furniture the same?

No. Not all replica designer furniture is the same. Several resellers are sourcing their products from cheaper suppliers resulting in their product being of a lower quality.

Furniture Fetish has its own manufactures making each product to the designers unique specifications. We don't believe in shortcuts/off the shelf style replicas!
