We also take pride in having the goods delivered in the most safest and fastest way possible and devotes our strict attention to delivering inside the estimates delivery time frames.

To receive a shipping quote for goods to your destination, feel free to enter in the amount needed of the product you are interested in then simply enter in the postcode you wish to have the goods delivered to, to which our shipping calculator will calculate the best courier price available. Please keep in mind, the furniture removalist costs may differ depending on product and location. If the shipping price service becomes unavailable at any stage you are also welcome to call our showroom during office hours on 1300463374 for an instant quote.

We know what its like to wait for a delivery so this is why we stand strong in our promise to dispatch all courier goods within 1-2 business days of purchase. This is so there is as little waiting time on our end as possible meaning you receive your furniture faster. Items booked through a Furniture Removalist service are dispatch from Monday to Saturday and although this service takes a little longer our top priority is to book this service on the next available delivery to your destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

The ETA (estimated time of arrival) for items that are sold by Furniture Fetish are display below. We try our best to ensure that the goods are delivered within that given period. Rarely does the delivery surpass this time frame, but do keep in mind that delays do happen with both the courier and furniture removalist service which are out of our control. Although we will try our best for all deliveries to run smoothly and try to contact our customers in the case of this event to occur, we do however ask you allow an extra few days for delivery. Please find below the average time frame for each delivery location below. If you cannot find a near location on the below please do not hesitate to ask our  friendly staff for more information.

Delivery via Courier

For delivery’s, it is essential to provide adequate details needed for us to then book and schedule the delivery with the courier and/ or furniture removalist.

What is needed:

Street or unit address: Unit/street number, street and or building name, contact name, email address and phone number

We cannot and do not deliver to PO box addresses.

Our courier delivers front door service only.


Unattended Address

If no one happens to be in attendance at the given delivery address during the time of delivery, the courier will take this back to the depot in which you will have to collect or re-organise delivery which may ensue in additional costs.

If you do wish to have the courier to have “Authority to leave the goods at address if unattended”, we ask you to leave a note on the order stating this, so our team can note this on the delivery details. We do not cover any loss, damage or theft to the goods in this matter.


Tracking Your Order

If your goods are sent via courier, we will have a tracking number to supply to you which will be sent via email, that is why stated in the delivery details that it is important to leave a email address or phone number so that we can provide these details to you as soon as goods are dispatched.  

With regards to items being delivered via Furniture Removalists, we will do our best to get at ETA for you and update you as much as we can. Majority of the time, we will be able to inform you as to when it will be getting collected and delivered at the time when the order is placed.


Commercial and Oversized Products

A person from your end will be required to assist the delivery driver to carry heavy or large bulky product/s to your ground floor and/ or front door. Should you have special requirements, please leave clear instructions in the comments section upon the checkout process.

Removalist Service

Depending on what the item is and where it needs to be delivered, will depend on the cost for a single removalist and two-man removalist. We like to inform our Furniture removalist with as much as details as we can about the delivery address and service needed to apply appropriate costs. This information is big help for our furniture removalist so they can get a much better understanding about your delivery.

As an option on our website “Click and Collect”, we allow our customers to pick up their items from our warehouse. We advise that if this is the case, to notify our team by contacting us via email or over the phone after the purchase is made as to when you would like to collect so our team can have this ready for you prior to collection.

Monday to Friday – 9am to 4pm

Saturdays – 10am to 2pm
